Jane Addams consists of two interconnected buildings facing south in central Brunnshög, Lund – a modern concept with rental apartments and commercial spaces, complete with conference rooms, workspaces, a rooftop terrace, and an overnight accommodation, as well as a lush and varied courtyard.

Healthcare and maternity care centers, a café, a bakery, and a restaurant are also housed in the property, providing both convenience and accessibility at the highest level.

The project is designed by Sweco Architects applying materials and solutions carefully chosen based on Kudus’ trademark focus on sustainability and a traditional context.
