In 2017, an invitation was received from the local authority of Lund for architects to qualify for a land allocation in Brunnshög. Unlike the usual land allocations, it was the architect, not the builder, who was connected to the land allocation.

The purpose was to have a showcase early in the development of the new district, a little like Bo01 in Malmö, to market the area and serve as a ‘benchmark’ for the architectural level of the construction.

With a team consisting of the architects Testbedstudio and Förstberg-Ling, where Kudu was a financier, we were awarded 6 townhouses. With Kasper Sahlin award-winning architects of recent years as our nearest neighbours.
