Jane Addams is a modern concept with rental apartments and commercial spaces, designed by Sweco Architects applying materials and solutions carefully chosen based on Kudus’ trademark focus on sustainability and a traditional context.

With a team consisting of the architects Testbedstudio and Förstberg-Ling, where Kudu was a financier, we were awarded 6 townhouses. With Kasper Sahlin award-winning architects of recent years as our nearest neighbours.
